Ok heres a theory.
The DK Skill Raise Dead.

Use it on a low level friend so that they are returned as a ghoul.

Have your char specced in master of ghouls and (optional ravenous death), and also use the +20% strength to ghoul glyph.

Your low level friend becomes a ghoul that they can control, the ghoul has high stamina+strength in scale with yours.

Your friend then goes and levels etc.

They don't live forever as a ghoul. However maybe there is a mob that is really hard to kill but provides a shit ton of exp but that is the only use IMO.

You might be able to adapt this to have a more practical use... *thinks*
Edit: Maybe in an instance, have 3 people (this is sorta like the athene method)
Person 1 pulls the instance without hurting them
Person 2(Death Knight) watches person 3 die, revives them as a ghoul, leaves group.
Person 3(Being run, turned into a ghoul) mauls the mobs.
If I could, I'd test this now, but maybe someone else could?
Edit2: Maybe you take a, say, level 30 into outlands, have the mob kill them, rez as a ghoul, leave group, and they can then solo the mob? (Outlands/Northrend, so it gives upwards of 1k exp.)
