Use this figure for guidance:
As you can see, the above is the alphabet, ignore the table "EQ-II"
We are going to create a password, in this, my name will be Chris.
Look above, you can see C is the 3rd letter in the alphabet, H is the 8th, R is the 18th and so on.
Example 1: My password will be this c3h8r18i9s19
Example 2 (using sequence): c3h8r8i9s9
Example 1 uses all numbers, example 2 chooses only 1 number, the last.
An additional example: c3h8r1i9s1 - it uses the first number.
This simple method creates a stronger password, test it with your name.
For added security, use a capital first letter, and a capital last letter, and for one of the numbers choose the corresponding symbol instead.
Example 4: C3h*r!8i(S1(
Example 5: C3h8r!*i9S19 - less symbols, only for the letter r (1. Easier to remember.
I suggest you write the password down for some time, test out which is better for you (which example methods).
After some time of entering it, you will memorize it, I remember mine off by heart.
This method will slow down brute forcers, but it wont stop you from scams/phishers/keyloggers if you go out and enter the info, or download the keylogger.
Hope this has helped in some way!
