    /console skycloudlod 3
    /console characterAmbient
    /console extshadowQuality 4

With an older graphic card... yes

But, delete the line with the shadowquality and your fps will be at 60~70 again

Just open up your graphics configuration like normal and then go to effects and drag the Video Quality slider then press okay.

(IE Escape, Video, Videoquality slider, Okay.)

Well I have a good graphic card atleast for wow (8800GT) the thing is that I can't go past 60 fps even with V sync disabled. Full details on 1280x1024 gets me the same fps as 800x680 and lowest settings. Does my ol' P4 has anything to do with it?

    Lawls.

    Only 1680x1050?

    1920x1440 here.

Does this do anything you can't apply in the settings tab?

It's supposed to, but it seems to be incomplete. Aside from glancing at the macro code, I tested it ingame, no apparent difference.
