Druid Tank Macros Easier Tanking

Might be wrong spot but ill make it look like a guide.

type /macro

The first macro I make number 1!

type

/cast growl
/cast mangle
/cast lacerate

Doing this will throw up growl and all the neccesities for tanking makes life easier rather then having to fill up keys just to do all that

next macro i use is for holding multiple adds

/cast swipe
/cast lacerate
/cast mangle

tab through your targets and spam this macro but make sure they get the lacerate on them so you get a for sure hold but after spaming that on multiple mobs you can hold many at a time

For my charge macro I have it

/cast charge
/cast growl
/cast mangle

so if a mob is attacking a party member you can pull it right off the mate.

The macro i use to maximize damage is
/cast mangle
/cast maul

and just keep the going if you're waiting on your growl to come up
I also tend to keep lacerate for number 2 just incase you need to spamm it too while waiting for growl.

These macros are definitely basic in the end but i've seen a lot of druid tanks that like to do it manuely I use to be like that but after trying this it makes life that much easier and makes you wander why you havent used it before.

Growl is near useless if you already have aggro. You need to save it for the off chance that you lose aggro... if it's on CD, that's a wipe.

i think what he means to do with these macros is that if the one spell cant be used it casts the one next in order, meaning the one u need to keep up most is at the top and in order underneath it. Correct me if im wrong though

also id like to add theres a script to get rid of the error message these macros will cause i forget what it is but its posted on wowwiki in the macro guide

It doesn't work that way. If a spell fails, the macro stops.

/cast Maul
/cast Mangle (Bear)()

will work fine though, because Maul doesn't trigger the GCD. That's the only macro that'll even work of the ones you put up, and you didn't have it written out correctly.
