So, i was just hanging around in netherstorm when i noticed this sweet spot and thought about what if
- warlock would summon a low level player to there. No way out! Havent tried it yet but here's some pics where its located.

lol! used to summon ppl to the bottom of the well under the world tree in hyjal they would drown and closest spirit healer is in ashenvale

Yes... you *can* summon in Netherstorm... since... a long time ago. You just can't summon ppl into ZA these days (timed loot exploits exploit nerfed). As far as I'm aware, as a warlock player, that's about he only place you can't summon someone (assuming, they meet requirements @ lv/rep/heroic key/etc

that is correct, a couple of patches ago they took out the anti-summon ontop of netherstorm, you can summon there now

Why the hell would you waste all your time summoning a low level player, just to piss him off? You can farm a whole primal and make some money.. But NO you have to waste your time pissing off people. This thread just fails..
