added: this with 2/2 epidemic (as in my spec), obliterate will not consume any diseases (barely) and all heart strikes will have 2 diseases up when they hit



51/13/7 Annhilation Spec

This is one of the second standard blood dps specs atm and has been argued to be better than 51/0/20 atm. The main point of this spec is to not lose your diease when using Oblit. Points in toughness (for bladed armor) can be switched to Imp IT and Glacier Rot.

Mix in Death Coils as necessary.

I haven't heard a lot about this build lately but I've heard good things about it. Also in the build I linked the creator chose 5/5 toughness over 3/3 Annhilation personally I'd stick with Annhilation but it is a personal choice.

After trying all the specs and rotations listed here I came up with this. It's put out the best numbers by far out of all the specs i have tried so far.

Used IT>PS>HS>HS>OB>DC>IT>PS>HS>HS>HS>DC>DC repeat. Old rotation but has given me the best results so far.

Frost/blood or frost/unholy is pretty good with DW Especially Icy Talons is must-have talent for DW DK's
