best way is to just do it in a group. i did it in a 3man group making 10krep/hour (holy pal/mage/shs rogue, no aoe).

and that spot is pretty good but eventually they do stop spawning even if you kill another quest giver (this is if you're killing them fast enough, solo you might not notice it).

we went from there down towards the end of the pier, stop in front of the building there and kill another large wave until they stop spawning, then loop around again

just did this today, hated to friendly in a few hours in a group of 3. almost nonstop combat so its pretty fun. i suggest doing it at odd hours because opposite factions like to take your "at war" to an advantage to gank.

lol i did this on my warlock with 2 t6 geared ret pallies...we just assraped everything in our way and got title in like 2 hours
