What you need for this is Rune of portals and you have to be at least
lv 40 to learn Portal:Stonard .

So what you do is when you see someone begging money.
Whisper him:Hello i can give you x amount of money if you help me
summon my friend.

Invite him.
Then go to him and use Portal:Stonard and /say help.
When you see him to fade just leave the party.
