This is a private server. Official GMs rarely log in game (they use an external console) and if they log (very very rare event) they are invisible to normal players. And they can wear only their official GM cloths (blue shoes, chest and pants if I remember right).

So, EPIC FAIL.

AHahaha sorry i find this so funny how wrong you are. First of all they do log in they do use an external console but same concept as the realy wow and 2nd of all them being invisible is complete bullshit lol im sorry but u pissed me off flaming this guy when ive seen and met a GM before i was purposfully walking around in a deserted palce he spawned appearing like a lvl 20-40 with low lvl looking gear and he would transfrm me into a pig and maggot so ur wrong

my ticket is assigned to him so he is .invisible and my ticket assigns me to see him.

It's rather funny how a lot of people assume Blizzard GMs are just like Private Server GMs, and that they run the same way. Live GMs do appear to players every now and then if things aren't to busy, etc. etc. and I myself have witnessed that not all GMs wear the GM robes (I used Demonkunga's GM Island path model edit a few months back and walked to GM Island, and every now and then I saw a GM or two, sometimes more, standing in the same spot. But, since they use a chat interface thing, they couldn't see me on their screen, or else they would've reacted to my presence)

As many people here have said, GMs use two separate names, one for chat when answering tickets, and one for their actual character.

I could type more, but this kind of thread is so over done and has the same posts every time, I won't even bother.
