While tapping strafe-right and -left buttons, press and hold both mouse buttons down and move your mouse to the left and right rapidly and repeatedly.

Works great against melee mobs! I figured, this way you will escape quicker.

Another way to achieve this is to tap strafe-right and -left buttons really.. really.. quick. But my method is easier to do, I would assume.
