So, I got a phone call after I told my phone number, talked to a Chinese woman named Caral.. (very poor english)

I once "bought" 100G for $0.1. (for some reason I got 200G, hey I did not complain)
So all these offers or plausible to me.

Just some way for them to advertise, if you like the service they provide changes are big you will place a new order there.
