Lol everyone posting for the guide is a private with only like 2 post like me self :C. Just find it by torrent. I plus rep you still for the effort on the multiple links. I know hosting those things is a pain the arse. But yeah do it by torrent instead of posting over 300 emails thinking one guy will send the guide to you all. Just my two cents.
