Although this guide might seem rather random, I was doing Arlokk the other day with my raiding guild and was surprised by the need for a decent strategy. He is the one we used:
Split the raid into 3 groups, groups 1 and 2 each with a pally, a warrior and a priest. They go and stand in the straw areas either side of the main room, one group on each side.
Group 3 stays right at the back of the hall near the entrance and one person goes and bongs the gong. Group 1 and 2 need to hold of the large panther infestations that encroach from the hay, while group 3 kill Arlokk. The fight just carries on like this, until Arlokk disappears. When she does this, a tank from group 3 needs to go to both sides and try and aggro Arlokk immediately as she re-appears and drag her back to the center. She will disappear twice in the fight. When you finally lower her 370000 hp down and killed all the remaining panther swarms, go and grab your loot
Notes: The panthers are lvl 60, spawn in groups of 4 or 5 and have 4200 hp. They do roughly 50 dmg each hit, to a dungeon set 1 geared hunter at least.
Things to watch out for: Arlokk's mark. If you are marked, all of the mobs will focus their attacks on you until you die or the two minute timer runs out. If this is done on a tank or priest you're pretty screwed unless the raid is very good.
