Well there are many twink guides on the internet so I'm not going to make a whole entire twink guide. I well just be showing you some rare twink items that well make your twink the best!

Droped by Arcanist Done, Last boss in SM lib
-I wouldn't recommend farming it can take forever, I got it on my twink shaman, it procs on rangers and casters. Only 29 Epic out there, really rare!

NehterCleft and Golden Spellthread
Ok you always see twinks with Clefthide and Spell thread but hat isn't the best thing for your twink, nether cleft and golden spell thread. I know it costs alot but if you don't have the money for a completely twinked out twink then I suggest you don't make a twink

This can get annoying to farm, but well worth it if you are a 19 twink.

I don't know anything about level 39+ twinks so sorry. Just made this to hope that it well help someone make a EPIC twink and not just a common (green) twink :P

I just wanted to list some rare twink items, also every guide that I have read hasn't had deadman's hand or the Arena Grand Master AND the nethercleft.

its kinda like shadowfang just worse.. 0.01% drop chance from ONE mob.. means you will have to clear it 1000 times just to get 1% drop chance but still from one mob.. so 1000 times you need to kill one mob.. so lets look at it this way... 1000x100= 100.000.... So you have to kill him around 100.000 times before you MIGHT get it..
also.. i think blizz nerfed the trick with run in-> Die->MasterLooter->kill boss and no exp will be given..

Oh well anyways.. i dont think i would go kill a mob 100.000 times before an item drops witch gives 10+sta (101 Health) and proc chance at 5% to freeze enemy for just 3 sec?..

arena grand master is a level 55 item, can be used for a LONG time. its as good as a high level priest bubble and ontop of that has 2% dodge :]
good item, i love it on my 19 twink and its very recommended. same with the fishing hat

now the other thing you forgot to mention is the nat pangel fishing boots, they are also from the fishing tourney and are great for 19 twinks

In a 19 bracket a great player will never beat a well twinked rogue, regardless of how crap the rogue is, and that's just fact.

That's also why twinking in that bracket is awful.
