19 Twinks (Correct!)

Sorry for making another 19 twink guide, but i've seen lots of post that are providing old or inadequate information. As i've played along with my twink and guild i've noticed my friends gathering information from friends cross-server etc from our battlegroup and others. Here is what we've gathered! god, this is WHY i'm making this guide... the item level for Nat Pagle's Extreme Anglin' Boots is 35 NOT ITS REQUIRED LEVEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

very nice guide, but i know better shoulders to get i have em on all mah 3 twinks, named Talbar Mantle (3 stamina 6 intellect) They are very easy to get... Just complete all bosses in Wailing Caverns and then go to the begin of WC, talk to the tauren and start the thingy... Then kill the mobs he spawns, and when you are at last boss, kill and take the dropped Q he drops.
The Q is very easy, its a chainquest and u will just need to walk alot around in barrens and shit..

And info about the Lucky Fishing hat, get 150 fishing (max for twinks) and get alot of bright baubles (+75 fishing lures) then every sunday from 2-4 gametime u will need to fish in Stranglethorn Vale in the whirlpools.
This is pretty ****ing hard, taked 2 months of every week fishing for me. ^^

9921, you can't apply inscriptions to Talbar Mantle, and this is WHY i'm making a guide on twinking, because a lot of people don't know things like this
