Im just wondering, if this spec is good or not, because i spent about 2 hours making it, and I wanted to try it out. So, here it is, and give feedback on it please, cause I need to know if it's good or not.

Is it for battlegrounds, arena, or both?

I recommend something more like this:
Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft
The best way to prove a point is to argue it with faulty arguements.

Hi, in my opinion this spec is not very good because you should never be without improved revive pet as this is very useful in many situations, Arena the most. It depends what you are using the spec for, arena or general bg pvp. I would not even go into survival for improved wing clip, improved range and humanoid slaying as i would go for mortal shots (30% critical damage) 41/20/0 is the only viable beast mastery spec for me but if you were to choose improved wing clip I would go with this most likely, Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft or instead of the point in thick hide, put it in improved aspect of the hawk.
For pvp only this is the spec i would most likely go for Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft or 5 points in improved aspect of the hawk over 5 in endurance training , also you can switch animal handler and spirit bond around as your pet has around a 20% chance to miss.

Go MM for 2v2 arena. 7/41/13 or something along those lines, for imp revive pet, if you're playing a healer.

Well, all the hunters i face are BM hunters, and they can kill me in about 5 sec, and I have good gear, and 12k health, and when i was MM back in the day, there are only a few benefits from it, so, give example?

When you get off 1500, you'll notice that bm sucks cus they'll just kill your pet.

higher up its all about outlasting - imp stings, and stringing CC to KO an opponent.

last two points just put wherever

    edit:

these builds are very versatile as long as you have the main things (scatter, silence, imp stings, imp revive and deterrance).

in 3v3 and 5v5 pet becomes less useful, pet is essential in 2v2 to keep healers from drinking, 5v5 seems to be more about just flash nukes atm

Well, I would recommend an MM based spec, but I can't say which points without knowing who your partner is. Druid/Priest + Hunter combos have a quite different spec compared to Rogue + Hunter, for example.

Yep, though dual dps teams tend to fail as a hunter in higher battlegroups

That's why I ran a 2BM hunter, Ele Shammy, Boomkin and Resto druid in 5's. It was a pretty odd combo but we hit 2k pretty easily and the games were barely 30 seconds long , pure nukes.
    Blasphemy!

In 2v2 arena with a healer this spec is one of the best
Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft
The idea behind this spec is too drain your enemy's healer mana to 0 then either kill the dps or the healer. Some key Talents in this are, Imp revive Pet(assumeing you use a scopion for the poison debuff so your viper sting isnt dispelled so fast) it is vital to have your pet up vs any class healer to keep him in combat and not drinking. Another key talent is beastial swiftness because your pet will get back on the healer 30% faster when he say jumps off the bride in Blade's edge mt. arena, this would stop him from drinking which would defeat the purpose of the spec entirely. Next key talent is "Go For The Throat" this alows your pet to apply more of poison stacking effects faster makeing it harder for a healer to dispell them. Next key talent is "Aimed Shot" the 50% healing debuff is a must, if you can get this off on whoever your dpsing while draining this healer will be healing 2x what he would have w/o it, therefore spending more mana. Next is Scatter shot and Silenceing shot, both of these applied right after a viper sting to a class that can dispell it can be deadly because it will prevent them from doing so.

Key move to use as this spec:
Aspect of the Viper - Outlasting is your team, so this will allow you to regen more mana.
Aimed Shot - Good amount of damage with a reduce healing debuff
!VIPER STING! - your main move, hows a healer going to heal w/o mana?
Scatter shot - can be used to stop a healer like a druid or paladin from dispelling your sting or to save your healer from dieing.
Frost Trap - kite in it, have your healer run through it
Wing Clip - get melee dps off your healer with it
Silenceing shot - save your partner or stop a healer from dispelling viper sting

This is a rough guide in which i most likely forgot many things, spelled things wrong, and ive never played a hunter, but i can tell you how they play at 2300.
