You wont be able to get experience outside of Northerend. so fail

the reason they made it that way is because people did the same from 60-61 when tbc came

As said by Blizzard on finnish game magazine, 70-71 requies 1.25 million xp. Quests will give about 20k xp and kills about 1k without rested. So while you are flying as fast as you can in outlands i could do 1 first q and get same amount of xp?

??? Dunno why everyone is +rep ing. The preparation tips should be common sense. Remember Illidan's quote in the trailer? "You are not prepared" No shit. I don't think anyone expected 5.5k for an epic flying mount.

The tip about saving quests to turn in though is completely wrong. People tried to do this for BC release too and Blizzard kept it from happening by allowing you to enter Outland at 58 and removing all XP from pre-BC quests if you were already 60. This way people couldn't hit 61 in under 30 minutes, and people leveling up wouldn't get screwed if they dinged 60 in the middle of a quest chain they were doing.

Also, rested XP doesn't carry over the current level cap. You can't camp out in Shat for a week before release and have a full level of rested XP.

Also, this is wrong. If you're resting in say 1min, then you will only get 200 percent xp equally to the 1min (or to where the line on your xp bar indicates where your 200% limit is).

So, you'll most likely not get twice the xp for a kill, when resting for a short while, but still a little bit more than the regular xp the mob gives.

Double xp still doesn't reward from quests.

Now this might be common knolage i dont really know, But if you buy wrath and upgrade your account make sure you leave you toon in an inn, As you can get about 10% rested during the night. Also, When your questing in wrath, after a long quest run, OR before a boss mob quest, allways walk into an inn, then walk back out, the mob is worth double xp but people dont do this i imagine because people forget.
you will not get double xp for going in and out of the inn and killing things, i have tested this and when you look in the combat log, you only get +1 xp for doing it. nice idea, but it sadly doesnt work
