Palas have been nerfed sriously. Mana is rly low on ret palas, u have like 6k mana with the best wotlk retri gear. My mana gets down at 7-8 seals.

Don't you have Judgments of the Wise and Divine Plea? Unless you're working in Consecration/Holy Wrath/Exorcism in addition to judgement, CS and DS, your mana should be fine.
