I am trying this now, I have 145 Greater Planar Essence's that I bought out for about 7.1g each and put them up at 12g 99s, so far I keep getting undercutted and keep buying them out and putting them up at my price.. is this correct?

EDIT: now have 180 up

UPDATE: had tons of people undercut me by like 1c and shit, so I put them up for 11g 99s and sold 5 now
... It is VERY risky and takes a lot of patience

Not every GPE must have your name on it. If the price of the GPE is above your price don't buyout. Monopolizing is kind of hard to get settled w/... because a lot of people will keep undercutting and that's why you need money to start off with. Be patient and that item's price will be yours.

Yeah I know this, I just stated that everybody was undercutting me
and I had to buy them out to keep my price the cheapest.. isn't that
how it works?

Well if your a smart guy like me, you have auctioneer, and know the prices already -
Then you decide how much you want to buy, and check how much that would cost.

So.. getting the exact amount of money, instead of just getting out all your 10000 G

Dailies get repetitive after the first month, it sucks.. so I thought I'd try this

So far only 5 have sold at 11g 99s, when I put 5 up there to undercut the other
people who had undercut me just to see if they would sell.. and they did..

So really, what you need to do is put a GPE in the AH for 13g 99s, or 12g 99s.. something high, and have people undercut you by like 1g.. then you undercut them back and yours sells first.. I think.

I can't keep buying all of the ones who undercut me, it seems to me like it would be a waste of money, I already have 175 GPEs up in the AH at 12g 99s
