Lol heres how I do it.

Get up at 4:30-5AM, play till about 8:00, eat and feed cat, play till about 3:30, eat lunch, play till about 7:00, eat dinner, then play till about 12AM then rinse and repeat =D

NOTE: I have never actually done the above because unlike most, I DO have other things to do in life. I have only done this once and it was over the summer lol

You would put it on your monitor, first of all. Secondly, glasses have nothing to do with it, unless you often wear sunglasses while gaming. And it's Ultra-Violet (UV) rays, not violet rays. Also, the majority of them are a complete and total rip off.

And no, regular glasses (for vision) do no have it "by default" glasses for vision issues are literally just shaped glass or plastic. You can get UV filters for them, but again, it's like wearing sunglasses.

first i repeat:U need tons of free time.
Second:learn ur seasons:First there is spring then there is summer(wich we are in (wll ok it officially starts on the 21 of june but still its hot outside ))then there is fall/autum then u have winter btw if u need to learn the months is januray,february,march,april,may june july august sptember october and november and xmas in december if u need more schooling let me know:P
