I've downloaded TomTom which fixes the arrow problem, but still got no guide

For all those who need to get it to work, heres a temp work around:

Use the files available on the first page on the post, if it works with the new ones and these steps, let me know:

1. Make sure "Load out of date AddOns" is checked, then enter the game
2. You should see the guide showing you the directions of when you were a wee little level 1, scroll down and pick the last option on the list
3. Switch the guide to 'minimal' mode by pressing the button that looks like '^'
4. Then press the button that looks like '>'
5. Maximize the window, the '^' should have turned into 'v'
6. Repeat 2-5 until you are at the step that you want to be at

i am currently trying to upload the files that i have that seem to work with my steps above, i dont claim to have found any of this on my own, i just used everything on the first page

Don't know what was different to the files I have but it seems to be working a treat Still not perfect but at least its usable now

Itz working fine for me, but with a few problems with the waypoints/dots/full view. But whats important is the step by step guide so all's well for me. Here's what I did.

1. Download the link posted by Dragonshadow on the very first post.
2. I copied the horde guide and the old cartographer and pasted on the add ons folder.
3. I loaded the add ons (outdated addons) and there it is.

no prob casuals, glad to help this is by far my favorite guide, and i found no other solution on my own, also, i just realized that those little happy dots disappeared >.<, im actually posting from a class right now, when i go home ill look into it.

Zygor need move his ass and update this thing like even with the work around the outland level speed is like 30% faster and you end up doing a lot of gray quests with this guide now :S

The world map dots working fine for me, the minimap dots showing as well but just follows the player arrow around :S

everything working at you?... which file do you use old/new? what did you do?

my map dots are gone on main and minimap with the old version, same like many others here... they would be really really nice to have

I just got rid of the old files I had and dl'd the ones that f1killer posted at the top of the page. Nothing was working for me before hand.
