Used this guide myself and it works like a charm, best thing is the great ingame addon, on languages that are non English you have to manually forward it though, but still best leveling guide i know of.

Ive been using an older version of this guide for a while now, i hope with this version there are a few minor fixes in the guide a few quests never got completed in the one i had. Thanks for the upload.
