My All-time favourite way to kill low-levels on my Orc Hunter is Misdirection.

First, you invite the random lowbie Gold Begger into your group, and go to the Orgrimmar tower.
Second, set your reputation with "Cenarion Circle" as "At War"
Third, set Misdirect on the random lowbie
Fourth, unload on the Cenarion Circle Taurren at the bottom of the tower.
Fifth, ???
Sixth, Profit!

You can do the exact same in neutral cities, such as Booty Bay or Gadgetzan. Just make sure to feign death in-case something goes wrong.

You can also "gank" Hunters and Warlocks in Gadgetzan by attacking their pet with a spell that does no damage (Distracting Shot may work, I'm not totally sure) and using feign death to wipe your aggro. Their pet should go after you, and the guard will target it, kill it, then kill the owner.

This is quite fun as a naked character (No matter the class), especially at lower levels. Sometimes though, Hunters and Warlocks keep their pets on Passive, so it may not work all of the time. Either way, make sure you remove your armor. The second method does not require you to be "at war" with anyone; guards will simply attack you for fighting in a neutral area.

On larger servers at peak times, when there are a lot of people in Gadgetzan for arenas and such, this can be extra fun.
