Just thought I'd let you in on a good place to farm Sunfury Signets and Arcane Tomes. When you fly to the Sunwell area from Iron Forge if you look on your map you can see three boats in the Sea to the North. On the boats are some blood-elfs that are extremely easy to kill and have a quick respawn.They drop tons of these items.I think they are nerfing this one soon so HURRY!

Hmm... i went there and killed them from first boat.. no drops... went to second boat and got 0 drops, then i went to last boat and got 3 drops

and + when i went to second boat mobs on first boat started to spawn back so it isn't so great spawn time >_>
