made 4700g just by holding onto all the primals i was getting from kara farming, dailies and random farming. within a day after 2.4 all the primals on my server jumped 10g+ higher than before 2.4. I simply unloaded all of them last week when prices were really high. Im pretty sure if i had bought lots at pre-patch prices I would have raked in 10k plus gold. Unfortunately I didnt have 4700g pre-patch. I'd like to thank one of those 2.4 preparation guide btw (forget which one).

Pretty smart actually, if you don't like to grind money you can just do heroics, get some loot and still get a decent amount of money!
