Fine for farming, I can confirm that they do occasionally respawn immediately, up to 30 seconds later, or they can spawn several minutes later. By the time you clear the third boat the first should be up again. If you have good regen you can basically loop them forever. Hps = about 5600. Swimming is not that far, and only hard part is some of the ship fins have weird clipping to them, so jumping onto them can be very slightly difficult once in a great while.

Very good spot, i did it on my lv 70 warlock, i dont even need to eat or drink i can let my pet kill them with 2 DoTs and i can drain them :]]

Although i only get around an average of 16s from them, extremely fast r/s and good amounts of Sunfury Signets and NW Cloth :]]

I went here as a shadowpriest and it's very easy.
I just jump onto a boat and dot everything on it with VT + SW:P and they die within seconds. When I farm here I get around 150g/hour.
