[Gold] No effort to gain a few extra gold

This might be a repost, but I will give it a try.
When you're leveling a new character on maybe a new server and
don't have a high leveled main to give you some extra gold, you can always just check AH everytime you go to a major city to train skills.

You just search the AH for Wool Cloth, on my server they sell for
around 50s-1G a stack and I can resell them for about 2.5G-3G
and they sell fast.

This might be common sense for those who might have played the game, thought i'd tell the people who doesn't know.

For all you players who knew this, flame all you want,
and for those who didn't, go get those extra gold!

Well, It's pretty common knowledge.. people do it all the time to make money.

Basically any item that is in high demand, depending on the specific server's economy, can be bought and resold for a profit.

The reason wool cloth works well, is that it's used for so many different things.. meaning, several professions require the use of it.

Another good thing to do is look around for vendors that sell things on a timer, most commonly the traveling ones.. you can find out which ones on thottbot, or wowhead.

If you get lucky, many of these vendors will sell things for a few silver, where you can turn around and toss them back on the AH for several gold.

Cat carriers, and other pets work well with this.. for example, right outside of northshire abbey, (Human Starting Area).. to the northeast, there is a small house, with a woman inside who sells cat cages.. this is very commonly known, and used alot.. so it may not work so well. But.. she sells cat carriers for 15 silver or so, and depending on the server, it's possible you could sell them on the auction house for at least 1-2 gold.

Alot of times, if people want something like that.. even if they knew that it was only 15 silver to purchase one in elwynn forest.. they don't feel like making the trip to get the item, so therefore.. they'll pay the extra money for conveinence, thus resulting in your personal profit.

Another good thing to do, say you've farmed about 15 stacks of 20 copper ore, and you want to make a decent amount of money for all of it, but you're also wanting to earn that in the least amount of time possible.. well, another one of these commonly known methods. Is to sell each stack a few silver cheaper than the lowest price that stacks of 20 are being sold for.. most of the time, people wont even scroll down to look at the other stacks prices.. they'll just see yours come up first, and buy them right away.

And obviously, even if they did decide to scroll down and take a look, you've got the best deal. Selling your stacks for 5 gold when someone else is selling them for 2 is a bad idea.. you're not going to make any money that way, and you'll likely just have them come back to you.

Lastly, for example, let's say you see someone selling 3 stacks of 20 copper ore for 10 silver, but the next lowest price to buy a stack of 20 copper ore is 2 gold and 50 silver. It would be a good choice to buy out those 3 stacks, and sell them back for say.. 1 gold 25 silver. That way, you're making a profit, but still giving people the best deal.. things sell much faster that way, considering you'd be selling your stacks for half the price of the other guy.

Hope that helps for anyone who didn't know that, most of that is pretty basic knowledge for anyone who's played the game for a while..

From all the wool cloth i bought a few days ago and put on AH under the night i gained 17g... Which is great for a level 23
