Few extra marks of tree

I'm noticed that if do molten dailies before server maintenance, few of them resets after that. That happens with me 2 times, and i can clearly say that it happens all time after maintenance. Resets only 3rd phase dailies (which gives to me dark wardens). I'm don't know happens this with druids side dailies, i choose wardens.
I know that is not very large boost to marks, but i get extra 8 marks from that, and it's shorten my 3rd phase by 1 day. Meanwhile often enough there are small server reboots for hotfixes, and it works with them.

I'm on druid of the talon, and non of the dailys reset for me unfortunately :/
