What people fail to realize, is he's having a laugh at all the people that are laughing at him and hating him and all that but... (no, I'm DEFINITELY not a fanboi, it's simply hilarious how people fail to realize it), he's actually a french actor who is TROLLING, on purpose. He's just acting there, he's making others believe that it's really him, when it's not actually real. It's just a movie which behind the scenes part people will never see, and he's fooling anyone dumb enough to not understand about it (which happens to be at least 95% of wow population).

No, that's not what they did at all. I leveled my current 70 alt using a Mage and other alts that way and while it's fast, it's not THAT fast. Look, just do the math, 1-70 in 26 hours is roughly 350,000 xp per hour. Even if you put 4 noobs and 1 70 and get the group bonus, you're not going to get anywhere close to that number.

Notice that number is for the WHOLE run, at 60-70 they must've been making like 800,000 per hour. What they did is quite obvious. They somehow fooled WoW into giving the noob they were leveling full XP for the elites they were farming in instances. How they did that is the question. This isn't so simple as mob-tagging. I wonder i this would work: If you go into say SM for example with a 70 mage and have the mage start AoEing, and right before the mob dies the 70 leaves the group. The 70 will get the error 60 sec message, but can kill the mobs in that time no problem, then gets invited back. In the time the mobs died the 70 wasn't grouped and maybe the alt gets all the XP. I dunno.

Pretty much what johnanthony said. But he did it with a paladin who aoes then runs out of the instance. I know people say tested with a warlock (many think he used a warlock) who seeded him then ran out. How ever the bomb doesnt tick if the warlock is in, but the dot still does, on the one mob. But with paladin aoe it ticks all the mobs still.

Oh and for the record, the guide i've posted above involves a lot of zoning into/out of instances. Which bugs your /played time extremely. I played 12 hours and only gained 6 hours /played, which could contribute a lot to athenes 'record'
