Can anyone tell me if this spot in WC is equal to the drop rates of that at The Forgotten Pools?

Yes the drop rate of WC is the same as for the Forgotten Pools.
Around 25% (one deviate out of four) for me.

i would´ve repped you if i could cuz i alrdy made over 1.5k with this in 2 days

Copy-paste. Fine, call it what you want. I just created a clean easy to follow guide, and if you don't understand that then... Just piss off to say it plainly.
Also, have you ever contributed anything to MMOWNED?

I have not tried this spot yet.. but the Forgotten Pools in the Crossroads in my favorite... insane deviate fish drops.. and havent gotten reported yet =]

Why not to fish outside of Wailing Caverns for Deviate Fish:
You MIGHT be reported since people are running in and out of WC all the time.
But if you are /DND and in an instance, people won't see you standing there for hours on end.

Did this when piroxes fishing bot first came out.

Made about 1k gold from 2days fishing there,flooded the market of deviant fish though and got lots of whispers from angry level 20s!.

Anyway the BEST spot to farm these is inside WC where the last boss is (murloc boss) the one you have to summon with the tauren guy.Aslong as your level 50ish+ you will not aggro the 2 pats that walk past while you are fishing.

i used pirox fishing bot with hotkeys set up on it to use +100 lures.

As you may have noted in my guide, I have shown that you "should" fish in Narlex's Chamber, since there is colour issues by the dropdown after Verdan the Everliving.
I still prefer, Iwana over Priox, since you have to set the colour, in-game with Pirox, while with Iwana you can take a screenshot, open it in a program such as Paint.Net (free!) and then zoom in on the bobber, sampler, check RGB colour code, copy-paste into the config.ini file, voila.

make profil with no waypoints, tick fishing , take your fishing route say him where your fish hotkey is and start ....1min of work^^ love mercury =)
