Hmm, there is afolder named DLGWaypoint. Check for that minimap button. The waypoints may be a configuration option.

Hmm, I mean go into the addons section of the UI and look for the DLG addon that is disabled.

I Appreciate you giving me credit but my post has been updated with 3 Download Links and an FAQ no need for the reupload

This is exactly what I did to get it to work....
#1 opened the folder TotalPackage after download
#2 Selected all folders in this folder and pressed Control+C (Copy)
#3 Opened my addons folder manually
#4 Control+V'd (Paste) in the addons folder

If you did exactly what I did, all of the folders should be in there.
Now start up WoW and they should be there.
