I've used MMOKings thrice now. The first time, I ordered 15k. Second time, 50k. Both of these instances were incredibly smooth once I got through the relatively painless verification process (i.e. sending digital photo of my state ID). Support was friendly and efficient, in the form of live online chat available instantly at the click of a button. Loved it.

So naturally, I came back a third time. I guess it's a busy time for gold sellers - new patch and all - so when I ordered my 50k and joined chat to verify payment, I was informed after some time that only ~5k was available on my fairly high-pop server. That's just fine, but the first person I spoke to was in no way reassuring and couldn't estimate for me how much would be available and when. They gave the impression that it would be a rather long time before I saw all 50k, and it all started to sound kind of shady, so I decided to try to cancel my order.

Canceling did not seem to be possible - this is something I had a problem with: I don't like to receive pushback when I try to take my money back from someone who I feel is not going to deliver adequately on a sale. In these cases, my confidence in the transaction has diminished, and I'd prefer the comfort of cancellation even at the risk of stopping an (eventually) legitimate purchase.

Anyway, the short of it is that I was put into contact with a second person who was able to reassure me with some confidence that it was just a high-demand time and the gold would be available within a day or two on my server. I eventually agreed to keep the order open, and sure enough received all 50k later the following evening.

In summary, absolutely great service. Will undoubtedly use again. I do however feel that the first support contact I encountered could have been more knowledgeable about gold availability or better informed about how to respond in a low-availability situation such as this. It would be better for MMOKings and better for their customers!

Over the past year or so I have ordered close to 200k gold from MMOKings with no issues whatsoever and always with what I would call timely deliveries.
