Well....I am having some troubles with my last order.........I ordered 15m SWG Credits 9 days ago and I still don't see them.

I can definitively say i'm disappointed.

yes, some advice... I should have removed SWG from our sites as we do not have a producer/source for it... I will work to remove it from our sites now. I am not sure why our guys did not refund it to you, especially after 9 days, so I will apologize for that.

Well you can bet I will! I just started the site but I'll work hard to include as many sellers as possible in the future.

I will also make trial purchases for other games very soon and I'm sure you'll do better with more popular games.

If you stop selling SWG Credits I will remove your review on credits I think. For now you are on top of my general listing anyway...(yes I know there are 5 sellers only)

I ordered 5k gold from mmokings.com after reading the positive reviews.
I ordered it on the 10th at 10am.

At most I have read that the delivery time could be up to 4 days, if your verification takes longer then normal. My order was verified already (paypal) and I sent in an ID just to make the process faster. It was confirmed Monday at 4pm.

The customer service is excellent, they all speak perfect english and attend to their customers in a timely manner. The price was a bit higher, but well worth the security of my account. They answered all my questions, and I had alot. So I decided to order 5k gold. A-

The site was easy to navigate, professional looking and organized. I immediately found my server and how much gold I wanted. A+

The payment options are great. But the verification process takes a day or two to confirm everything, I opted to send in a scanned ID to speed it up, and sure enough, 3 hours later it was approved. A-

The thing that bugs me is how long it is taking for a somewhat small order of gold. I could understand if I threw up a 15k order, and I also understand they don't keep it in stock as it is too risky to lose gold these days.

I was told it was their supplier's fault, and that they are working to restore delivery times. Although this last time I wasn't given an ETA on when I'd get my gold. I was just told, "we will email you when it's ready." So I am left waiting. C

I just want to say, if I was completely new to this website I would assume it was a scam.

Well, I log onto live chat today, and they tell me my character does not exist on the server they trying to deliver on.

It was the WRONG server....

So after all the waiting, they were collecting gold on the wrong server.

After all the live chats, the emails, the confirmations and what not of them asking for the information with the correct server, they got it WRONG? I remember specifically 6 different times I input the correct server information in and they confirmed it! They even went so far to say their guy was on my server and confirmed my character name.

Maybe I am being too harsh, but how do you mess that up? Especially when you're in contact with the supplier and the buyer that much?

Well this is the last time I order from them. It has been 12 days and now I have to wait another week for my order.

The security is nice, the site is nice, but 3 weeks for 5k gold is ridiculous. I guess it's first timers luck.

ANOTHER UPDATE!

They offered a refund, so I took it. They would have given me 6k gold for the price of 5k, but I would have to wait a week.

I went to Gameusd.com and they got my 5k gold to me within 12 hours, for $9.95/1000g and also gave me a 4% discount.

Nice review, but how did they get the server wrong? You pick it when you make your order and they do not have the ability to change it. I know this because I developed the system. If I understand you correctly, you chose the wrong server, got a verification email that showed you the server and you could look at the order at any time on the Mymmokings page and it would have showed the server at any of those times...

Or am I missing something.
