I have bought gold from this site 3 times and all 3 times they was very very fast. Best and quickest site i have used so far.

Purchased 100k, face 2 face.
No stock, was asked to create auction and to add x amount to cover AH charges.
Transfer complete with 6k loss.
Not happy.

Support was ok until gold was delivered, once issue was raised, only silence.
First supplier i can safely say i have had negative feedback on.

The seller has contacted me and provided a very quick resolution, a compensation amount has been given and i appreciate their efforts greatly.
