i order 72-80 after looking for a reliable service at a good rate and decided to come to this site, i was told it would take 68 hours and was happy with that

after one day of rested xp they had managed 72-74 - which is actually one level considering the double xp

after day two they have managed to get from 74-75 after i talked to the msn person and was promised a faster service, and also agreed with them a set time that they would be done

i was given 4 different reasons why they were going so slow, depending on the time of day I asked, leading me to believe that i'm being lied to.

this service is very shoddy, i would not recommend it to those looking for any kind of powerleveling as i could of done this, if not gone faster truth be told. i am let down and feel cheated out of my money.

i'm so sorry about that , mate . we had changed a leveler for your order now because you said that first one is not good for you . But I have one to mention that the order of 72-80 is ask about more than 68 hours to finish,but now is only two day(48hours). and I we are promise to finish it on time .but you always said slowly. and we are hand-done not the computer. so it need more time to do it ,we have just want to give a best service to you.this one is very fast , and we will finish it on time .btw ,it's international labor's day these days. All the people here have 3 day holiday.but the leveler is also working on the order all the time . can you check it on our due time . if we cant finish it then , we will do some measures for your order . how do you think ? Aha ever since my last post, I'm still not impressed. Order's coming in late, people in your business slacking off. Why would you hire someone that can't level a toon from 1-35 in less that 10hours? Wouldnt you have them undergo a test first before they worked for you?

mate , can you contact us online and give me your account name to check which leveler is leveling for you ? btw . our levelers are all professional ones .but not every order or every one goes well . we may meet some problems when we leveling for you or meet some other problems that we cant due to .these problems are not we want . but we will try our best to slove these problems . and give our customers an satisefied answer . so plz understand us . thanks .

Edit: To apologize for the delay and the slow leveler, powerlevelingcom.com has offered to give me an additional two levels for free. They also claim they've fired the slow leveler.

This is the kind of customer service I expect from one of the best powerleveling companies on the internet. I'm not 100% sure if I'd order again from them, it took a very negative review on here to get them to even admit there was a problem with my order. Maybe I was just unlucky, since all the other reviews here are very positive.

Late last night at around 1ish I ordered some more powerleveling for my Lock. I ordered 75-78 and was told it would take 24 hours.

1ish: Ordered powerleveling from 75-78 cost $18.64 which which is a great price. I have purchased from xmanlevel over ten times since they first started doing business and when KuR posted the review so I didn't need to go through the usual "how safe are you guys etc" Customer service rep is always polite and has good English.

10 am: Woke up and checked, Lock was at 76 and was in EOTS and sholazar basin.

5pm: Checked before dinner and Lock was at 77

9pm : Lock is at 77 and is in sholazar basin, I know they are questing because I got a few rewards from them as I can see in my recent activity on armory.

11:15 pm Lock is at 78 and I asked on msn if the order was completed, they said it was 75 - 80 in the database, so I think they are rewarding me for being a regular customer, which is a great incentive to purchase more leveling in the future.


Overall: Great customer service, great written English (I haven't called their Skype, but I'm sure that the English will be decent as well. They are very accommodating to your needs, for example I asked them if they could leave the last quest so I could hand it in and ding myself so when my guildies congratulate me I can answer so they dont think I'm getting leveling or botting or have gotten hacked. Their speed is awesome, I was told 24 hours for 75-78 and it was at 78 within 20 hours

Hi Just bought 1000g of off them was extremely good. Perfect English, delivered in about 5 minutes if that. and just ordered 1-60 with free 1-60 with RAF. From them looking forward to the results.

Ordered 72-80 on Monday morning for my Hunter.

He had 2 Heirlooms, Northrend Flying and Epic Flying already so leveling went extremely smooth and fast and was finished 1 hour ago (they did the last 2 lvl's in like 2 hours (because of Maintanance in EU and he was 77 on armory yesterday night), which still impresses me very much.

I am extremely satisfied and definitely looking forward to do more bussiness with them.

The first thing i did on their website was buying 20k gold. They didnt have it in stock but it didnt take long for them to get the gold. I also ordered powerleveling from 72 or 74 to lvl 80. They finished faster than expected. The support is pretty good and they are fast at responding and checking stuff. Overall i am a very happy customer and will continue to use their services in the future.

Ordered 70-80 last night, so far no leveling has been done after 24hours but im not worried. They havent dissapointed me yet and not expecting it this time either. ill keep updating

Earlier I said that I ordered the gold and it came almost straight away. I then ordered 1-60 for 2 accounts and it's almost done. They are on the dot of timing and all done by hand due to quests being done and it's not left on 24 hours. I believe that i can trust this website more than majority mainly because of the communication and the fact they speak very very good english.

After this I think I'm going to get both of the accounts from 60-80. So far it's gone amazing I've been speaking to Nancy and have had amazing service.

I'm not going to lie I've heard all of the bad things about Powerleveling services and gold buying services. E.g being hacked, slow leveling, change of prices.

I tried one Powerleveling site which i wont name due to i'm not going to flame them. They got my charector from 77-79 and then got me suspended because of botting. Then to hack me a month after my order.

I decided to use xmanlevel because of the good reviews they have recieved on this site. Figured the bad ones were not that often, so, I figured I'd give it a go.

Below is my experience with xmanlevel. I will have to say I was very disappointed] on the level of customer service and communication that I had with them.

On April 26, 2010 I ordered the 1-80 package and herbalism to be my one tradeskill that would be raised. I was given an estimated 11 days to have this all completed. I had asked a RL friend to keep an eye on the progress of my new toon. Later that day I noticed my new toon was logged in for a few minutes where I figured they were just making sure that they could access the account so they can start the process. The next day they started leveling using a RAF to go from 1-60, then I noticed the picked up Skinning and not the profession I requested. I thought nothing about this thinking they were doing that to get some gold along the way to help level my toon. Everyday I checked up on my new toon to see where they were at and what they were doing. levels 1-60 went by fast and I was excited that everything was going so well. Then the RAF ended but still they went from 60 to 75 really fast, then out of the bluethe stopped playing never saw them online, nothing was being done and they still had skinning. I thought I would write a quick email to get an ETA on my toon to make sure nothing had happeded, I am a reasonable human being and I understand that life does happen. This is the responce that I got.

Ok... this had me confused because you had to choose Class/Profession.. so I thought I would respond nicely mistakes happen. So here was my reply;

Thanks for your quick response. When placing the order, 6th box down, it says Character Class/Profession. In that box it should have read Paladin/Herbalism. I would think that the /Profession would be what I wanted leveled. If it was unclear, why was I not contacted to confirm what I needed/wanted? If it was needed to be entered into "Additional Comments" why have the Class/Profession box to fill in?

Wtf is there to be confused about. They don't know how to read the order form of the company they work for? Because they were confused and couldn't read their own order form, I responeded with the like.

At this point I was furious. I mean why have something on your order form if you are not going to read it?? Why was I not contacted if they weren't sure? So the next few emails was something along the lines of;

I have friends wanting to know how my experience is with your company, at this point it is not very good. At this point they told me that they will keep skinning on the account, which I informed them I had no use for it. They then offered mining, which I explained that I did not want mining because I was planning on doing herbalism and alchemy. The represenative I spoke with said that they re-contacted the leveler and they will be getting herbalism up to 450. NOW, finally, they are giving me what I entered on the original order form.

The final email I got from before the completion of the service was stating they would be done that evening. When I checked at 11pm their time, the toon was not logged in and according to wowarmory they were level 78 and still had skinning. I sent an email asking for an eta. 24 hrs after sending asking for an updated eta, I received an email telling me they are almost done, 6 or so hours later, I got an email telling me they were done.

The leveler was fast when they were online. That seems to be the ONLY postitive thing about my experience with xmanlevel. I will say they are very good at asking for forgivness and saying they are sorry, not much action. I gave them options of what would be helpful for me their customer, but, they declined. When I ordered this services, I was debating on having them level a DK for me. I figured I'd give them a test run. I was also a test run for others who do not have time to level a new toon but would like to play at the high end levels.

I am sad to say that I will not be using this company to level other toons for myself, nor will I be recomending this company to anyone and writing this negitive review on the forum.

LOL- same exact thing happened with my paladin- asked for herbalism, got skinning. But I did some research and saw that skinning provides a +crit bonus which is of course good for ret pallies so I didn't say anything. I still have skinning on my pally today.

Other times the professions weren't done at all. I like xmanlevel, but the professions are definitely their weak point- they really need to work on that.

This is the boss of xmanlevel ,I just saw you left a bad review about our service ,I want to look into it .But please give me some time to know it ,it was one of my emploee serviced for you who worked at night, and now it is our daytime ,I have to ask him about this thing.
Now I need to know whether you had wrote the gathering profession you want or not ,if you had ,then of course it was his mistake and I will definitely punish him for it .
Regarding you said it was slow after the level 75,that's because the leveler was doing another herbalism to 450, that means you have skinning and two 450 herbalism,so the speed was a little slow .
I hope those will be a compensate for you ,we are paying much attention to service and we will be better I believe.
In a word ,your order is all right ,and plz don't be angry for your health ,and we are expecting to serice for you next time ,and of course I will give you the best emploee service for you ,plz don't quit ,you are one of our customers ,blieve me ,ok, thanks for your reading ！
