Got my refund; removed.

Bought 4k gold (not a huge amount), I was told it was out of stock. I thought to myself, okay, it'll only take a little while longer... I thought wrong. It's been over 24 hours now, I kept getting told "The farmer will be on in 2-3 hours", for the past day. I asked for a refund, and they said that could take anywhere up to 24 hours, too.

TL;DR:
Powerleveling: Yes.
Gold: No, go somewhere else.

Right now not to happy, as i ordered 60-80 powerleveling in 6 days.
today is the 6th day and my toon is only 73, he also started on lvl 62.
so in 6 days they have gone 11 levels.
after contacting them, i was told the powerleveler i have is lazy and they will
get me a new one.
waiting to see results on this one.

Some of their powerlevelers might be lazy, and their gold services might not be the best. But we really should stop complaining, since these folks are mostly the only ones leveling us up legally, and actually delivering the gold. The delay is something else, but we get the things we've paid for.

The leveling is pretty slow at the moment due to Chinese New Year, but that's understandable.

Same problem purchased on Weds Feb 10. Said it would be done by the 12..... I just now find out on the 13 that it will not be done until the 15..... Because of there new years.

I purchased 75-80 yesterday (14/2) ,spoke with the guy but he was wasnt able to just give me a starting hour or a day. And now he says " we will be 12 hours later" on MSN and not aswering. I understand its a holiday and such . But at least he could give me a date.

Update: (4:00PM) The leveling started. Current level 76.1 check back at night
Update 2nd day : Im trying to contact them through MSN and they keep not answering since last night.. Im getting suspicious. i will update as soon as i have something.
update 3rd day (morning) : The guy returned at MSN yesterday afternoon and said to me that the leveling is gonna take 2 days starting from then.Meanwhile i loged in my char and found him in borean tundra farming elementals.Level 77 and a bar(now)

I ordered 1-58 with them just now- I'll let you know how it goes.

I have to say that I'm suspicious of an e-mail I got from them asking me to download some instant messaging software from China. Obviously, I'd have to be an idiot to download any software from a power-leveling service. Not to say that this service would try anything, but it's never a good idea to download any kind of software unless it's from a 100% trusted source.

If anyone from the company reads this, I don't want you playing Alterac or other battlegrounds with my character- just level the character normally through quests, killing mobs, etc. The battlegrounds are screwed up enough as it is with AFK'ers and bots- I don't want to add to it. I've got another character from another account that I plan to use to keep an eye on things.

Edit: They said it's a bad time to find a powerleveler with the Chinese new year holidays so it might be a few days before they can start. I'll keep you posted.

Update: The powerleveller has started work- at level 11 already. Seems to be doing a good job.

Update 2: (6 hours later) level 20 already, this guy is really good. I talked with him briefly from another account and rode over to watch him at work. Funny watching "yourself" like that. He's doing it the right way, hand-levelling and questing. Very pleased with the service so far.

I underestimated how much of an effect Chinese New Years had on levelers.

My impression is that so much depends on the particular power-leveler you get. The one I have working for me now is great- he's gone from 1-29 in a couple days or so, mainly by doing dungeons. A good side effect of that is that he is getting good blue gear, judging by an armory check. I talked with him briefly in the game, seems like a good guy.
