the website has support email that answers really fast you can check your orders on your own not in live chat. its actually cheaper then mmokings and other websites and not that much more especially since its american sorry that you can't afford it (not everyone likes to get banned for things that they pay for :P and some people like that extra security) the company has also had tons of orders don't know what you meen by "small time"
