So after hours of searching this is the cheapest price I found. I figured I had 36 bucks to spare and I have an account that I scammed so if it got banned I wouldn't care. Here's the diary so far. I will update this daily.

Don't use these guys they are slow and they bot! Haven't gotten banned yet.
WoW PL Report

Day I: Took forever to get started. It was about 8 hours later after I complained over 3 times that day. Let’s hope things go better from here.

Day II: It’s 5:15 according to armory my character is level 14. Obviously botting. I have not gotten any talents added to my character, all my gear is broken, and haven’t even gotten 50 quests completed achievement. I’m getting nervous hope character doesn’t get banned.

5:20 hopped online, character is online, level 14 and not banned. Will check later.

8:58 checked on armory character is level 15. Still no talents. Gear is repaired now though. Still using greys and whites though. Would like to look at the person don’t have an account or a character to do so. Like I said obviously a bot, I hope I don’t get banned but I don’t think I will use this guys again. Just the fact they use bots are making me nervous well only 45 more levels to go. Hope for the best.

10:00 Still at 15.

Day III
5:22 Still at level 15 going to check to see if I am banned. Didn’t get a warning in my e-mail going to check online later to see if he’s on.

6:12 not online…

Day IV
4:00 Level 19.
9:52 Level 19 not online. Conclusion only plays really late at night. Will investigate more on Friday to check.

Day V
5:00 Level 19.

6:00 Just received an e-mail saying the password was changed. So I sent them a new password sadly since they are Chinese they won’t be on until later. Looks like this is going to take 20 days. I still have to hope I don’t get banned though.

Day IV
3:00 PM I just checked my character is level 24 and I have not received a ban message as of yet. Will post again later tonight.

12:00PM Wow Armory is down can't check right now...

10:52PM Character is level 31. That is a huge improvement I must say I was quite surprised. They still have no chance of finishing on time unless they finished tomorrow but still it might only take 12 days rather than 20 .

10:40AM- This is the day the character was supposed to be done. He is level 35 he should have been in the 50's right now...

Day IX
6:50 character is level 41 now. So thats about 5-7 levels a day. Should be done in 3 days.

Day X
5:00 PM Character is level 42... yeah that's all I have to say.

Day XI
4:42 PM: Character is level 43... wow... this is sad it was going so well for a second. Still not banned but this is taking way longer than it should.

10:15AM Character is level 48. Slowed down by a lot only 12 more levels to go though .

10:32 AM Character is level 53. I predict it will be done by Wednesday. So that would be day 17 when it was supposed to take 5-8 oh well. As long as it doesn't get banned I don't care.

Character is level 55 currently. Looks like my prediction is going to be spot on. May be day 18 though. Almost there.

Character is level 61, I'm not banned and the leveling is complete + one extra level.

REVIEW:
So I will grade this on a 20 point scale. For everything they got wrong i will subtract points.
They went over their deadline by 10 days. -5
They bot. -2
Customer Service was unhelpful -2
Wouldn't talk and did not have AFK or DND message -3
Obviously chinese when they did talk -2
I didn't have 300g on the account -2

So that means they get a score of 4/20. That is a 20%. Overall they did not get me banned but I wouldn't suggest them. I got lucky, they are botters and you should be very wary if you do use them.

I have never used that site for powerleveling anyway, but we need reports to know where to get it whenever we need it.
