Anyone knows where is possible to buy gamecards/cd-keys without phone verification or other things? just sent the money get the gamecard?

I've seen that MMOpawn got a pretty nice service, but I talked with them and they are not accepting paypal at the moment...

OffGamers sometimes doesn't require a phonecall, but if you're looking to scam them, they are 100% legit, and they will own you.

ShatteredCrystal.com are apparently really good for cd keys and gamecards, but I dunno if they want verification or not.
