Would this be a good BE Palladin Spec?

I have a lvl 24 BE Paladin and i find it very slow to lvl. What would be the build to lvl faster?

I find it very fast to levl with Retribution Specc, I don't know about others but I think thats fastest

Protection AoE is pretty good also... But if you don't like having 5-10 mobs on you and aoe/heal... Go retribution.

Fastest Solo Spec: AoE Prot(Prot also good for groups)
Fastest Group Spec(Like leveling with a friend) Ret

Go retribution and grab Seal of Command, once you get around 50 i would go prot and farm Western Plaguelands, you can kill 4-5 at a time by Aoe farming.
