EDIT: fixed the buff and the map problem.. now i noticed something else

when i hover over an item in my inventory no name pops up for it, idk how to say it lol

You mean no tooltip shows up? or just the name of the item does not show?

Why dont you disable it, remove the files from your hard drive, and download the UI from a different provider? It usually works.

That's a bit weird. You could try downloading some mods that modify those windows - MobInfo2 for Mobs, Informant/EquipCompare for items. See if it re-enables the the window, as it were.

remove ur bag addon to something else I remember when I had the same problem with photek just changin the bag addon helped

This is something to do with lootlink and the auctioneeraddon installed AND/OR the bag mod; try removing the three or updating them and see if it fixes your problem.

Go look what the bag addon photek uses, and update it yourselfs.

Are you usiing Extended quest log? If yes, then disable it and it should work.

I had the problem with the tooltips.
It was Fishing Buddy which did it, and it was only if i had my fishing pole equipped. xD

Bit late, but if you still have the problem:

Me and lots others had the same problem a while ago, it was an outdated gear-switching addon that caused it, Itemrack.

Also had the same problem with ClosetGnome once.

Updating them fixed it.
