Macro/bindings syncronisation

I had to give an access to my account to a guildie, so he set his own macro and bindings. I have saved my WTF folder beforehand, but it appears I can't override server settings with my own. I mean I CAN do it but after some time they are being overwritten with server (his) settings again.
1. I copy my character WTF folder from backup to wow, make it read only, run wow. Everything is fine, after some time Play button from beta launcher changes to Update, if I use it, my bindings and macro are overwritten.
2. If I copy it without read only mode, they are overwritten instantly.

tl;dr: How to upload your bindings from local files to server?
