as a shadow priest in arena some time you have to save the life of your partner with some heals and best heal is Binding Heal . but you have to select your partner and then cast this heal and it can be hard some times . but with this macro you can do it one click and not lose your target
macro for older version P-servers

macro for 3.3.2+ (not tested this one yet)

don't know if you can just say it's 'best heal', it's situational.

well its a flash heal that can heal both . you and your team mate will come handy when you both need heal and in arena there is lots of this situations ^_^
