Creating a new UI, And want some suggestions!

Hey guys, my current UI is really cluttered, ugly and a serious memory hog. I'd like some suggestions on some nice addons y'all use! I'm perfectly fine with learning new addons and creating UI's , compilations don't work well with me but any sddons you think are good, i'd like to hear about them!

I do all 3 roles, so :P All addons are welcome! =)
