Hey, Couldnt find anything with search, but i made a little Macro that im using in arenas.. good if im alone vs 50%++ hp target..:P


It will give you full hp. 2x times


#showtooltip Psyfiend
/cast Psyfiend
/target Psyfiend
/cast Void Shift

or instead of using it on your arena partner, can save you bigtime
