NinjaInvite 2.0 RELEASE [Send Mass Guild Invites]

I've got the problem of when I start the search, it searches, then sends the whispers but then does not invite them and makes me look like a retard, msginvite is disabled, msgplayer in enabled, instant is enabled, Why won't it ginvite?

do "/ni msgplayer" until it says it's disabled or off.

there's something broken right now with the invite system because of a new update in 4.3. hopefully i'll fix this soon.

With 2.86 it still fails on send with "Interface action failed because of an AddOn", but you probably know that. I don't know if there is a way to get dump logs or something else of help.

i wanted to thank you for this great addon, its really a good work you have done and i love you for it, so have my REPbabies.
Also i see you already updated to 4.3, really appriciate, im trying to start a new guild up, but its hard to find active players.
Anyway i just thought you needed a big THANK YOU! instead of all of these "help me" replies your getting.

I can not understand why did not detect my addon? I see it before it comes, but in the game by typing '/ ni start'
nothing doing.

Still does not work at all. Even with instant DISABLED and msgplayer DISABLED it does not send invites.

With 2.9 I still got no luck. However, I know it invites at least 1 person as sometimes people join the guild, but only 1. There is some timeout on the invites probably, like you said.

well i will start first thanking for this great addon everything was running great on patch 4.2.2 but after blizz upgrade patch 4.3 everything done wrong...

first error im getting is that command /ni or any kind of command in addon not working... this error its happening on some char.

i use this addon on my main char 95% and now its not working anymore and when i go on my alt char it work /ni /ni start /ni stop but when i use /ni start it work addon it collect players and exactly when it stop and it will start inviting players i get "Interface action failed because of an AddOn"

i hope it will get fix and we get this addon running full and without errors

man i was using this addon without having Ace3 installed... and it was working 100% but on patch 4.3 it stop from working. i will wait till the addon get fix and release new version. thank you again!

First of all, I'd like to say thankyou for the work youve done in creating this addon. I got "Super Guild Invite" since 4.3 broke this one. Maybe as a temporary fix you could make it similar to that addon. The only problem i have with the other addon is that it keeps your /who window open while it searches for a list of people for you to manually invite. Thanks for everything.

I believe the api GuildInvite is now marked as protected or requiring a hardware event to work in 4.3, which basically means you need to spam a button or use a third party lua/bot to invite automatically.

Simply make a box like detox and spam click to do the on events...

I also would really appreciate a fix of this new 4.3 issue!
Does 'invite when whispered' maybe work? Like when somebody whisps you: invite.
That it invites than. I know that it doesent works with tb assimilator. However tba isnt update proberly.

Hi,

I've just hacked up a version that, at least, works for me.

It's really an ugly hack. Basically, I added a button that pops up in the middle of the screen and changed the code a bit to link the old NinjaInvite:SendInvite() to it. Then I replaced all the calls to NinjaInvite:SendInvite() with NinjaInviteButton:Enable(); NinjaInviteButton:Show();.

Downside (we knew it anyway): You'll have to click the button for each invite (like positng in the AH).

If you don't like clicking, you can create a macro with "/click NinjaInviteButton" and bind it to a key.
