    How can a spec be legendary or epic? It's like pushing a couple of buttons. If you wanted to make it epic or legendary you should add a guide to it, rotations or something like that.

    Yes this is very bad, you really dont need punture for your prot spec, because while you are tanking, you should be building threat with every damage you take

    Your arms PvE build is very poor because you have talents into stuff you dont need
