what happened to plugins knowing what you are

I remember playing a lock and a druid.
IF you logged in as a druid only the things that were druid would show up on your ui. Same with lock
Now I am playing a shaman and all the things for my druid are on the screen too.
YEP my druid don't need no totem timers LOL

it's still doable i know that for sure because theres that lock addon err.. necrosis i think it's called? and that never pops up when i'm on my dk.. and my dkirunes doesn't pop up when i'm on my lock. so it's definitely the addon coders fault

It's nobody's fault. On your character select screen, open the addons window and change the "Configure addons for:" dropdown menu in the top left from "All" to whatever character, disable addons you dont want for that character, switch to another character, do the same, etc.
