Enemy Cast Bar Over Head?

Any1 know an addon to show enemy cast bars over head WITHOUT having them targeted when u have nameplates up by pressing V. IN PVE!

Example: on phase 1 of yogg when u have a lot of Guardians spawn and u can see when any of them cast Dark Volley to fan of knives interrupt any of them.

it says Only "works in arenas!" towards the bottom, or does it work in pve?

That's the only one i know of. I know it only works in arenas but i gave you what you asked for, you'll have to wait until someone finds one that works anywhere otherwise i guess.
