(Useless) Get casting bar while casting magic broom

If you're already mounted and you try to use your magic broom you will start mounting but it won't be instant you will get a casting bar.

I mounted on my purple warhorse, then used my magic broom. I instantly dismounted and re-mounted on the broom, no casting bar.

Please clarify.

Swift Magic Broom - Spell - World of Warcraft This one is instant cast and gives you 100% more speed, will be triggered only when you're not mounted.
Swift Magic Broom - Spell - World of Warcraft This one has 3 sec cast time and doesn't give you any more speed since it only triggered when you're already on a mount.

Anyone has any idea why Blizzard made these as 2 different spells?

You may also cast this mount while in the air on a flying mount. Keep in mind that during the 'summoning' of your magic broom, your character will be falling so if you plan on doing this, get some air.

NOTE: Don't move once you begin casting it for obvious reasons.

Patch 3.0.3 the broom now has a cast time on it, so no longer need to exploit to get it.
